Community - Response Buffer Limit Exceeded

When I go to Community, and click on View Members, I get:

Response Buffer Limit Exceeded

/profiles.asp, line 0

Execution of the ASP page caused the Response Buffer to exceed its configured limit.

Problem is repeatable, at least over a short time span, and within one logon.

ps: It's repeatable even after logoff & re-logon.

Yup. And it's still going on.

Also (and I think this was also the case four days ago), below that in the left column, there are no members listed as online (even though there are 5 listed above in the "Last 5 Members" frame), 0 guest visitors, and the same six members are listed in the IRC.fff.n chat

Some speculation.

Haken may have decided to limit the amount of memory available per thread. And since there'll be *a lot* of data to retrieve in this query, it probably goes over that limit. Thus the error.

I don't think they'd know, as mods almost always _only_ keep the community in check i.e. they typically don't have access to the code. To my knowledge, Haken is the only one that has developed this site and he isn't around much at all.

If you *really* need this thing to work for some reason, I'd recommend contacting him directly. Though, from experience, don't expect a reply.

Is there a reason why you need this to work?

I want to contact some folks who used to join the Virtual Shindigs http://fireflyfans.net/thread.asp?b=2&t=21070 . Most rarely, if ever, post here anymore (heck, I haven't been here in over a year).
