Yes,we dropped a lot after we passed The X-files and there was no another spot close enough. But even if you drop from 1000 to 900-800 it won't be a big loss, since Bonanza's record is about 600-700 (right?) Xenits are capable of making a 1000+ day, but they are not likely to do it now.
Mailing the actors is a good idea, we got our main cast voting and right now most lexxians are voting only to make him happy. He's also voting when he has time to go online. Another thing that might help you get more votes is advertising/spamming everywhere, where there might be browncoats - a chat room, a forum, anything. You can advertise Lexx too :) We're buddies now ;)
Looks like you lacked very little to make over 1000 today :( I wonder where did those voters go! By the way in the past, when we still had chance of defeating you, you had one or two days with 400-500 votes per day, before you returned to your normal then 110. Perhaps that was the same group, which appears from time to time to add a couple of hundreds more?

Yes, there is! If you're using Internet Explorer, go to the main command line, select Tools -> Internet Options -> Temporary Internet Files -> Settings -> View Files. View them in details mode and sort them by type. The thing you're looking for is a shockwave type and is probably named tvvote.swf or sth like that. There also should be one named tvvote_firefly85 - your previous banner. Copy and paste them somewhere else, before they get deleted.
If you can't find them, write me an e-mail and I'll send them to you :)

I didn’t mean to imply that Browncoats would lose faith, or that I have for that matter. I love everything about the show and its fans.
Some explanation as to my motives. Sorry, it’s gonna be long again…
I believe we can do anything. I truly believe we are the shiniest, most special, mightiest fanbase in all the world. (FlanII for example!!)
I believe this so much that I want to scream it to the heavens.
I want to prove to everyone out there, that we as fans are so far beyond anything they’ve ever known that they have to sit up and take notice.
These guys have to go: “Wow, those flans are still out there, still going strong! Permaybehaps we should give this another go….”
I still believe we can get a new series. Or a sequel. Or both. I don’t want to be placated with a computer game!
And because I want all that, I don’t want to just calmly stroll on through the next 9 months gaining 300 votes a day on shows like Bonanza and Xena. (BONANZA AND XENA for crying out loud!!!! It goes against everything sensible and sane. Each time I see those stats I wanna scratch my eyes out and run screaming down the streets. Naked, if need be…)
I want Browncoats to rise up and wipe the opposition out in 2 weeks. Hell. In two days! That’s what I want. Don’t ya think it would be something to take notice off when we do that? If 20 000 fans get organised enough through the boards to do something like this, don’t you think someone would notice? And with someone, I mean someone in charge of scheduling new, interesting shows?
I know I’m asking a bit much. I know when I get started on firefly my friends start backing away slowly, fixed grins in place. I know I should probably lie down for a little bit until the pills start working. I also know I shouldn’t be spending so much time on fireflyfans.net instead of working. But that’s the thing about obsession. It’s not quite rational and so I’m not listening to reason.
I want Firefly, and I know you do too.
