I think I got hooked on Angel and his "fighting style" in the first episode, when he goes to visit the bad guy in his office. Lindsey has already told Angel that he "can't lay a finger" on his client, so he doesn't. The guy tells Angel "I can do anything I want," to which Angel asks him, "Really? Can you fly?" - and then kicks him, smug face, leather office chair and all, right out the high-rise window! Great camera work following him on the way down, too, as the sunlight bursts him into flames and he turns to dust before he can hit the ground. Only the chair makes it to the ground.
That would be high on my list too.
I also really enjoyed Angel rescuing Cordelia from the Vampire's house in the first episode. They're both standing at the top of a really high flight of stairs. He picks her up, then sort of throws her up into the air, jumps off the balcony, lands on the ground (hurting himself a bit in the process) and then catches her. At the time I thought it was really cool.
And of course the way Angel limps off afterwards, still carrying Cordelia, managed to underline the character's toughness and still be quite funny.

I didn't know he worked on Rapid Fire - that is a great action flick! Been some years since I watched that... Must try and keep an eye out for it.

Rapid Fire is a good movie with GREAT action. Plus, the clearest images of Brandon on film (without makeup, I mean).
I picked up my motorcycle an hour after I heard of his death...that should have been a happy day, but I just rode it home all sullen-like

Yeah, Jeff Imada and Jeff Cadiente both worked on The Crow, Rapid Fire and Escape From LA. Imada coordinated all three and Cadiente stunt doubled for Brandon and Kurt Russell.
You usually find that Imada and Cadiente work together, they're good friends and were very close to Brandon as well.
I think this trio would have gone on to produce some great stunt/fight scenes together.
