Meanwhile in the engine room......
Darren had set the new Harmonic Stabilizer down on the work bench on the left side of the engine room and hooked it up to his trusty Diagnostic Computer. He attached several wires to the various ports on the part and selected one of the various diagnostic programs on his computer. He hummed to himself one of the songs his father had taught him, while the diagnostic program ran it's course.

Shanti sizes up the new girl. The poor thing is scared half to death, pleading for her life. Of course, if she'd run onto Reavers, it's no surprise!
"I'm sure Captain can work something out for you, hon." Shanti soothes, "Mononoke, is it? That's Japanese, right? Pretty name. Come on, we'll get you settled into one of the passenger dorms."
She glances to Captain Faolin, checking that with him and smiles again as he nods. "Then we'll get you something to eat. You must be half-starved!"
