Did you get to put it on some girl's leg? A friend of mine caught the bouquet and didn't realize that the guy that caught the garter was going to put it on her leg. She was mortified! We had to practically hold her down on the chair and she kept holding her skirt down at her knee so the guy couldn't get it on. But, you know, when her wedding came around, there they were, flinging garters about!

I caught the bouquet at my best friend's wedding, 6 years ago. I think that's enough for me. I refuse to even try now.

No she brought a commited boyfriend with her to the wedding so we didn't even go there.
They later told me that if the lady let's you put it on her thigh then she wants to date, but if you only get it to the calf then it's let's find ourselves other people.

Wait... you guys have summer already? Thats not fair. We have an illusion of summer - bright blinding sunlight and birds everywhere, but its still bloody cold. Whatever happened to the moderate heat/few hourse of sunniness/pretty blue skys summers we use to have? Now its either bake to death or freeze yer ass off.

and I have no clue what zizzle is, care to enlighten me?

FozzieWash, You know what I always say: sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you're the bug!
KermieMal, I never Know what the heck you're talking about.
FozzieWash, Hey, look! They're sending us free lumber!

Homeless! That's not good. Let's all pitch in so Seryn can buy herself a Firefly.

Seriously are you going to be camping out in youth hostels or what?

I hope the headache is gone. Though situation what it is, I would guess it's just beggining.

Seryn, IS it the Alliance? If we can't get together enough for a Firefly, there is always the spare bedroom at my house...but then again, I am across the pond from you, so that might not work...

We will think of something, I am sure.

Holding until you get back, Captain.

Oh, I've no problem with speaking of relationships. Relationships are good things. It's just since both of my brothers had their weddings within a year of each other, several years ago, I've been getting the "So when are you.....?" questions from too many people. I'll get there when I get there. Not opposed to it, just don't need the questions.

Ah, yes. The "so when are you...?" questions. I understand. Weddings are/marriage is a big deal where I live. If you're 25 and single you're pretty much considered a menace to society. Haha!
The only reason I'm opposed to "relaionship" talk just now (and usually I'm not) is cuz... well... let's just say Mattie's love life came to a screeching halt just recently.
No worries. I'm back to The Nook and I can totally relax (at least virtually).

Wacky fun!

My apologies, Mattie. Inside joke, and all that. Really not all that funny, when ya gets down to it. btw: I'm unsure of this one thing -- okay, many, many things, most things, actually -- are you attending S3?

Check out the rooms, and the descriptions of the rooms, quite amusing.
