Laziness?
No, really, when I first signed up for an account here I tried three different user names that I thought were witty or creative and all of them were taken. So, frustrated I just entered "Browncoat1". Suprisingly it was not taken. That or everyone is more creative than that.

Well my S/N is most likely one of the easy and simple ways to come up with one.
I'm not a geek. Not smart enough for that and I'm worse than a dork. Why? Because I'm an old dork.
If you want to know where my S/N came from follow the link below. Then if there are any questions(or comments)get ahold of my secretary. Wait I haven't got a secretary. Well then just post here at the forum.

the S/N zzetta13 breaks down as: zzetta 3/4 the name of a famous si/fi-fantasy artist that I like and 13= my day of birth.

For those of you who have some kind of background in Shakespeare, you should be familiar with my name. Lysander is one of the lead lovers in A Misummer Nights Dream. I've been acting for 22 years and I've been performing Shakespeare for the past 10 years. Lysander is the first Shakespeare character that I played when I started performing in our local Shakespeare festival.
Simon: What if he(Mal) tells you to kill me.
Zoe: (without hesitation) I kill you.

What's this? A chance to talk about myself? No... I couldn't ;p Oh wait. Yes, I can :)
It's sort of wonky out of context, but well... I've been using this handle for many moons and I suck with picking names, and well, it's still what I use for my emails and such, so it'd be a bother to change everything and it looks like it's here to stay for some time.
It's sort of a play on words. It's from a story I've been working on for... oh, a decade now, and it doggedly refuses to get, well, anywhere. (Yeah, it's a cliche doing the struggling writer thing, but hey the chicks dig it :) The title's A New Clear Day, and in the context of the story it's sort of a metaphor. (I'm a sucker for post-apocolyptic genre stuff so I thought I'd try one about people trying to find meaning in their life after the Big One, a reason to go on, etc.)
Anyways, it's now my albatross, if you will. And I still find it relevant, I guess. Like the death card in tarot, for me it signifies transition as opposed to an end. Tragedy and loss sucks, but I've found it also reminds me to focus on the important things in life. And that's enough waxing philosophical for me :) Anyways, I always enjoy reading how people pick their names, usually an interesting story, figured I'd throw my two cents in.

Nothing special behind mine. I was listening to AOL radio, and "Deep" by Nine Inch Nails came on. I remembered that 187 was the police code for murder (hey, I was a teenager, it sounded cool), so there you have it.
At last.
We can retire and give up
this life of crime.

I was in a bit of a rush when I signed up, since I was eager to reply to some thread or other. So I just smooshed my real first name together with "browncoat".
It works, sorta kinda. Don sounds a little like "dun", a brownish color. So DonCoat is both me and what I am...
Only one other place I hang out online these days: the Bad Astronomy / Universe Today forum ( www.bautforum.com). I'm "Donnie B." there. So creative...

I don't disagree on any particular point.

Mine is pretty obvious...
"Everything looks good from here"
"Yes, yes this is a fertile land and we will thrive, we will rule over all this land and we will call it, this land"
"I think we should call it your grave"
"Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal"
"Haha, mine is an evil laugh."
