I think they are, I havent tried to dl them to listen. I know they are actually under the name THC which George Sarah helped Anthony Stewart Head's CD Music For Elevator's

As Raven32 says, the real band was called THC. (Paige Moss aka Veruca was not actually singing)
The songs featured were "Overfire" and "Dip". I downloaded them from those now-gone sites. I don't know where you could find them now. I wish I could somehow send them to you, but I don't even know how to do that.
That was an awesome episode. I thought Paige Moss did a great job as Veruca. And poor Willow :( I hate when she cries.
And if you liked Oz' band (Dingos) I recommend you buy 'Thrown to the Wolves' by Four Star Mary. 7 of the 10 songs on the CD were featured on various Buffy eps--and it's a really good CD too! I used to listen to it a lot!
