Woo hoo! . Thanks for posting this, RelFexive!

I think it's way cool how many online comic strips have referenced the BDM (or BDT) in the past weeks.

(And, IIRC I seem to recall pvp doing a Firefly themed one quite a while ago but I have no idea where that link went)

See, this is why I watch every new TV series I get on DVD first, and then invite other people for the second viewing. Very few could have kept up with my 2 day marathon of watching Wonderfalls the first time (which I recommend to anyone who hasn't seen it).

Penny Arcade referenced Serenity

Honestly though I far prefer PVP to Penny Arcade. Partially due to Scott Kurtz's themes being more fantasy/Sci-Fi/RPG related (resonates with me) and also partially due to the fact I really don't appriciate Penny's overuse of vulgarity.

I should also say this: Scott Kurtz is the reason I watched firefly to begin with. I have PVP set as my homepage so I can read his latest comic each morning when I arrive to work. When he mentioned "Firefly" in March of 2004, I wondered what he was talking about because I had never even heard of it. After locating a copy from a friend....I watched, and instantly became a Firefly missionary. You can lay all that good at Kurtz's feet.

If you click the above link be prepared for excessive vulgarity. (i.e. you have kids that can read but are too young to be reading THAT)
