Fast Like a Freak
Wednesday, 05 April 2006 04:45:36

Yes, we Browncoats have a new terms in our vocabularies. Use them. Love them. -------------- FLaF - stands for "Fast like a freak". Original usage: Because I tend to do things much more quickly than FollowMal and Malnourished in Yahoo Messenger (eg. leaving the conference before they get a chance to say goodbye), I was labelled FLAF. The term has now stuck. -------------- Oblivacation - a contracted word, originating from obligatory and vacation. It refers to mandatory time off assigned by an employer due to accumulated vacation hours. Original usage: Appreciatin' Nathan thread at SerenityMovie.org by a member who was not happy their vacation was being forced. -------------- Malcentric - having to do with Malcolm Reynolds. Original usage: Appreciatin' Nathan thread at SerenityMovie.org by members whose screen names have 'Mal' included in them.

Now I'm not going to have to rave about Firefly on my LJ, where no one will understand :disappointed:. So. First entry. Well. I haven't seen every episode yet, I'm saving up so I don't go through them too quickly. I want to savour every moment. Adam Baldwin singing "The Hero of Canton" is really funny. He's wearing a knit cap. Heh. 'The man they call meeeeee....!'
