Hey guys

I got some great news that I'd like to share with you guys. Just got an e-mail from C.P.R. that said the following.

Hello,

Congratulations! We have received your successful Medical, Security and
Reference clearances for our Engineering Services positions.

We would like to confirm your training with Canadian Pacific Railway:

Step 1: Review Training Dates
Date(s): May 8 - 11, 2006
Time: 08:00 AM

Step 2: Confirm Attendance
Confirm receipt of this email and your attendance to training to

Step 3: Attend Training
Location: Jubliee and Spencer's Room
Hotel: Heritage Inn
Address: 1590 Main St North
City: Moose Jaw, SK


Bring:
CSA Approved Safety Boots (must have the green triangle with 6" uppers,
not shoes)
Void
Cheque for payroll
Appropriate Work Clothing (nothing red, must be weather appropriate,
items may get dirty)

Step 4: Work Placement
When training is complete, you will be placed on a work crew.

Work Schedule: 4 ON (Monday - Thursday) & 3 OFF.

You will be provided with accommodation and meals (or meal expenses)
for working days. If you choose to remain at the work site on your days
off, you will be provided with paid accommodation and $20 per day for
food. If you choose to go elsewhere for your days off, you will be
provided mileage expenses each way between your worksite and the borders of
the BC seniority district. Any hotel/meal expenses in this case will
be your responsibility.

Basically what this means is, I got a job for the summer. And a real good one for that matter.
