The Easter holidays are officially over, as I have my first seminar today. I don't even know where it is, which could be bad. But never mind. Had to read some of Hamlet for it, so it's garenteed to be fun filled... not. It's great to be back in my lal' flat, and even better now that I actually have food. Food is good. It helps all situations. Still going pretty strong on my next fic - Job Satisfaction (and still need a beta, cough cough hint hint.) Of course progress is marred somewhat by the constant guilt that I should be revising. I'm all for putting in the work outside of lectures and lessons - that's why I've always done so well in my exams. But this module - Historical Linguistics - he hasn't taught us a godamn thing and for some reason I just can't find the motivation knowing I have to teach myself the entire module. I have just over a month, so I'd better buck up and stop writing fanfiction. AS IF. Oh dear god. I am so resitting. Hope everyone is shiny xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi there, Firstly, Happy Birthday to my friend Andrew. He's 21 today. Ok, so now onto the weekend. Well, it starts on Friday. To celebrate Andrew's birthday me, him and John went to Newcastle (and they had to do work). We started at the Crow's Nest and had food. That was fun. The we went to the Discovery museum because John and Andrew had to use the Tyne and Wear Archive Service. Andrew spent the entire way there making up a song about the TWAS to the tune of the old rugged cross. It was actually really funny. Anyway, while they did their work I went around the museum, playing with all the games and stuff. It was really fun. And there were three chav lads stuck in a lift. Now, that got me laughing. It was hilarious. After that we went to Durham, and had some more food. Then we came back to mine and watched this kid covering his friend in grass. Why? I have no clue, but it kept us amused. Saturday I was at the Cathedral again. That's always fun. I was talking to some German tourists. On the dissertation front (which from now on will only be referred as the dreaded 'd' word), i now have 5000 words. That's the introduction, and two chapters. I have one chapter and the conclusion to write. Of course it's probably all a complete load of bollocks. But, as long as it's passable bollocks, I don't really care. Term starts again this week, although I only have to be in on Friday afternoon. God, I can't believe I've nearly finished university. Only have one more exam on the 1st June and then I'll be finished. Hopefully I'll pass and have a degree. Then I'll have to get a job . Anyway that's all I have to write about TTFN Jennifer

Not to be all gloom and doom but i'm afraid it is. For those of you who don't know me (which will be most of you) i'm generally a cheery sort of guy, albeit in a cynical, stubborn sort of way. But lately life has been getting me down. The final straw came earlier today when i discovered that this girl that i'm friends with (and who i also happen to have feelings for) has a boyfriend! And whats more i know the guy and he is the biggest div that i have ever met. Granted he's a nice bloke but he's just so god damn goofy. I know a lot of my misgivings are down to my blood boiling jealousy (with just a little melancholy thrown in)but the point still stands. And i was soooo close to asking her out as well. I suppose i shall just have to channel all of my love-lorn feelings into some angsty fanfics. Damn it all!

I'm leaving here, and I'm going there. There isn't home yet. Anyways, I've been there before, and it's pretty nice. I enjoyed it on the way in. If this sounds vague...good! It's supposed to. I can say that this prefaces a return. And that part comes soon. So, faster than Bejeweled can play a game of...well, you know...I'll be back!
