Yup, I went skiing again this weekend, I took a spill in my Mono-ski, pivoted on my noggin, and became concussed! As a result, there was some short-term memory loss, and one bitchin' headache! Actually(as I would recall later), the ski fish-tailed, spun me backwards, then I fell over and pivoted on my head. But hey, I'm doing it again next year! (The Mono-ski, NOT the concussion!)

Hi guys, just got in from a night on the Toon (that's Newcastle, the best night out in the UK, for all you yanks) and I'm a lil bit sloshed. Anyhoo, what's in store? More of Cup of Tea, which is pretty much finished and in five parts. I'm still debating whether to have the fifth part in two short chapters or one big long denoument. I should not be blogging AT ALL in my state. Tabboo and Vodka is not a good mix. Dancing to S club 7 and Steps till 1 am IS! Oh Ima gonna regret this in the morning Good job no one reads these things Love to all Stay shiny Keep tje Silee fluff coming, my life now depends on it (and, apparently, alcohol) loves xxxxxxxxxxxx Charlotte xxxxxxxxxxx P.S My eyes are hurting p.s. I should swallow my pride and wear my glasses when I go out p.p.s I have the song 'the customers always right' from Sooty the bear in my head. THat's weird.... ppps Apparently, Tesco Value vodka is cheap, but leathal. pppps why aren't I asleep?

sigh... Since I've gotten the DVD set I have wanted to do this. I sat down and watched all the episodes over a couple a nights, from start to finish, now they are all done. Then the realisation: That was It. I have seen all the episodes before when they aired in Australia & a friend had the DVDs before I got my own (they are also now being re-run on Fox8). But the thought never really struck me before. There is no more. They are all great (some I like more than others, but who doesn't have favourites?) and we will never see their likes again. A new series is a nice idea, but frought with problems :banghead: Unless a miracle occurs, at best there will be a resurrection of the 'verse with different characters and stories, and that will be years away (if it ever occurs at all) and nearly take a miracle itself. Another movie is possible, though unlikely, (again in years), but without Book (who had so many stories left to tell) and Wash (not so much his own stories, but in making the stories as they unfold go from good to great) I am not sure it would be even comparable to the series (or the first movie). sigh...

Seriously, cos whenever I'm walking around in Newcastle dressed in as many layers as I can possibly get on to keep warm, the geordies are wearing as little as they can possibly get away with. Anyway, this week has been in the whole pretty boring. My friends Andrew and Al came over on Friday which is always fun and always seems to degenerate into us all laughing at Andrew for some reason. I was at Durham Cathedral on Saturday and I had the fruity oaty bar tune stuck in my head the entire time. Yesterday I went for lunch with john and his girlfriend Steph. We spent the entire time mocking him. Then I got my hair cut. I have my Russian Revolution seminar tomorrow and i've actually done all the prep work. Yay me since i had to look at really boring documents on the army. TTFN Jennifer -x-

There is just so much to take in here. One can't help but wonder if you'll ever actually get through with it. Fascinating fact though that I haven't found actual flaming or some of the like yet. I host my own forum somewhere else so I know how likely this is to happen sooner or later. And yet I haven't been able to sniff anything out yet. I'll keep on looking anyway. *grins*
