A DEATH...

I recieved some crushing news less than two hours ago.
A friend of mine has just passed away.
Her name was Ayla, and she was dear to most she knew.
This morning she was traveling from Orillia Ontario, to Oshawa Ontario, and was in a car crash. She was pronounced dead at 2:30 in the morning.
Myself, her friends, her family all grieve today. To be honest, I really dont know what so say. How to honour her memory.
18 years old...
It is really quite numbing. This is the first death that has really affected me personally. Now I understand the feeling Joss was trying to get across in Buffy's "The Body".
Thoughts still come to mind that cause me to butst into tears. She will never feel the joy of marrage. She had only come into a place of true happiness, out of a place of horror and depression she resided in. She had only just graduated high school. Had her whole life ahead of her.
Why do these things happen? I don't know. Why is there death? I don't know. Why would God allow such a thing? Such a beautiful, and wonderful woman, who has touched so many lives. I don't know. What I do know, that everything happens for a reason. That her death will influence and chance many lives for the better.
And she is in a better place.

Welocme to the home of a sadly devout, 18 year old, Browncoat and his love of all things pertaining to the 'verse.
My name is Chris, and I am currently located in a small hick town (Orono) about a half hour east of Oshawa Ont. Canada.
I am an aspiring writer (though im not really that good in comparison to some Browncoats here), currently working on a book, and a few fanfics, though none are finished yet.
I love my music, and play many an instrument. From bass, to guitar, to cello, to trumpet, to piano.
I suppose my political standpoint would be this: I despise politics, and prefer not to think of those people screwing up our planet more than it already is.
I had never really heard of FF before. I had seen one trailer for the pilot episode, and it dod not intrigue me at all. Then, a few years later, I saw a teaser for a movie coming out called Serenity. I was hooked. I saw the movie, three times in theatres, and bought it the day it came out. I bought the series within the next three days when I discovered that it was a spin-off.
So, there. Now that you have finnished wasting your time learning about me, go do somthing to support our BDH, and our BDM. (We only have till September people!)
