I still can't believe that I have actually seen the show, seems like a dream to me. Got pinched in the arm and did not wake up Ok, missed the Kirkland screening but had the pleasure of meeting two fellow Browncoats before the show for dinner in style - dim sum. GreekToomey and Mary (sorry, forgot your nick ) it was a pleasure!

Oh dear, where to start? I must have been born 1968 tough I hardly remember anything about this era as my family was very extremly (and did I mention uptight) conservative. There are some paralells between Gabriel Tam and my father but I don't need to go any deeper on that matter. Anyway, grew up in Germany near the Black Forest. First contact with sci-fi on telly with reruns of Star Trek TOS which gave me a serious tick as everything was "fascinating", annoyed the heck out of my family... Ongoing infections with Lord of the Rings and the other Star Trek series. In the late 90's I discoverd video games (pretty late, I know...), The Legend of Zelda OOT rule! Being stuck in a dungeon forced me to go online, made me choose my nickname (which is darkzelda, don't ask me why I am not using it here, must have been one of these days...)that caused me to get a husband who abandoned Europe 2001 and so we moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest of the US. Started to watch Buffy about that time and was intrigued with the peculiar use of language and the fact that blondes (myself being a fake black) can do more than look stupid. Buffy lead to Angel and a friend gave me his Firefly DVDs. The rest is history
