Okay, I just saw the latest Galactica episode on Space ("Tigh Me Up, Tigh Me Down," I'm guessing).

Now, in these days of heightened political correctness and lawsuit paranoia, pretty much every show I watch has the disclaimer card that pops up after every commercial break:

Quote:

The following program contains scenes of violence (course language, mature subject matter, etc). Viewer discretion is advised.
I'm used to this. I usually just tune it out as a matter of course.

Tonight though. . .

Tonight, the card informed me that the show I was watching was:

Quote:

[...]a paid advertisement. The management of this station does not endorse or certify any claims made during this presentation.

Now, I guess it's possible that someone over at Space screwed up and put up the wrong frackin' card, but c'mon, what're the odds of that? I'm stuck wondering exactly what it was we were supposed to be buying. A Cylon centurion? A fighter? A bottle of ambrosia? The Cylon detector?

I just noticed the same thing. Got a giggle out of it. I'd guess that someone screwed up.

But, if they are selling the Galatica...
