Other than Blackface Beetlejuice who is objectively terrible at her job, I don't know anything about the other three. In fact, Sylvester probably has the easiest job since I don't hear about Houston being a shithole all the time.
And except for Blackface Beetlejuice, I'm not even taking a swipe at them. They've inherited some of the worst cities in the country and if they follow Lori's playbook they're doomed to make things worse just as she has.
