One of the decisions recently released by The Supreme Court was regarding redistricting. The cases were for 2 States, with conflicting lower court rulings.
The Supremes ruled that the Court has no business interfering with redistricting. I forget which 2 States were involved directly.

However, one of the cases affected was a Wisconsin case regarding redistricting. The Federal Judge dismissed the case following the SCOTUS ruling. Also, the Court ruled that it would be reasonable for the WI GOP and co-defendant Federal Elections Commission to recoup their Legal Expenses for the frivolous Lawsuit brought by the Democraps.
To the tune of about $3.5 Million.

That's great news, until someday when the other side calls the shots. It's funny what SCOTUS decides to interfere with or doesn't interfere with.

It would still be nice for these frivolous lawsuits to be repaid legal fees by the frivolous complainants.
