Without his clearance he's just another bitchy little pundit. So far the Mueller probe has done more damage to the swamp people than to Trump. Brennan was the big cheese at the CIA when all the Russian crap went down, what did HE know and when did he know it? He likes to pass himself off as someone with all the answers, but he's just another swamp person trying to look important. If he had kept his mouth shut he'd still have his clearance, but now he's just another bitchy little pundit who's telling us what he thinks, not what he knows. Whozit obviously meant it as an insult. It's become almost like calling someone a "lawyer."
But to say Brennan's opinion is somehow diminished because he no longer has clearance is laughable. The guy really knows where the bodies are - literally. More to the larger point and the point he's been making: we don't need to have any security clearance to see the collusion/conspiracy/obstruction - it's in plain sight.

It's taking Mueller all this time just to organize all the crimes.
