As I wrote on the other thread, Jon has learned we can live without him. He will be doing something for HBO in a few weeks, but he can go back to being retired...and house hunting in Canada. But my guess he'll stick around and try to make big $ trashing President Donald J. Trump.

Funny thing though, Jon is a liberal. I thought you said liberals can't think for themselves. So, which is it?
Like Vinnie Barbarino, "I'm so confused"

You get it G. Finally, someone who gets it. Perfection is slowly being destroyed, ever since man first drew breath.
The great and powerful Bernie being among that number. I'm all for the "little guy"
the average Joe, the hard-working people of this country. Fuck the rich. But Bernie
does not represent the majority of the people of this country. You must, as a presidential candidate, address all issues for all the people. He's overly concerned with the spoils of the rich, and not with what affects the everyday life
of people.
He's really in love with hearing himself speak. If he really wanted to help Americans, he would back Hilary, but push for the reforms he's presented to us. It good for America because it keeps Hilary honest, and focused on certain reforms in our system. I think it's best to make sure that Drumpf does not ascend to the most powerful seat in the world - the presidency of the United States. Besides, Drumpf does everything to help himself and not the people of this country. Fascist Pig that he is, we will all be sorry, mark my words, if ever he became POTUS.
I have my doubts about Bernie's motivations and intentions. Just a gut feeling.

Yep SSG - agree. Bernie's a native, grass roots, everybody kind of guy. After being in the system for so long I respect his tenacity to still be an idealist.
The one line that summed up the video for me, Stewart saying: "Don't get me wrong, I'd vote for Mr T. over Trump at this point."
Newsflash: No one's perfect.
