Saw him last night on rerun of mentalist. Had not seen him outside AoS I think.

Didn't know has was Angel Alumn.

He has been appearing on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for many episodes. His IMDB page lists his appearances in many other shows as well, most of which I haven't seen.

Yes. But with all the gadgets glued onto him and his head in AoS, it was more difficult to recognize him outside AoS.

You are correct. I've heard that Nathan was in it, maybe Summer, Christina too. As a spinoff of a SMG show I successfully avoided it. One of them also had Michelle Trachtenburg I hear, but without Kristy Swanson leading I missed it.
Did you see him in the Mentalist? That might be showing again in the slot formerly hogged by Ancient Doofus Letterman.

Nathan was on Buffy, not Angel. Summer was in only one episode of Angel, and the same applies to Christina. Both Gina and Adam had recurring roles in Season 4 and 5 (respectively) of Angel.

If you did not watch Buffy because it starred Sarah instead of Kristy then you made a big mistake. The movie was mostly shit, the series was brilliant.

JSF - Nathan wasn't in Angel, but he was on Buffy for a while. The SMG show you referenced ? Yeah, that's kinda where Joss really started to shine. Might want to check it out.

Funny, cause you actually sound a lot like I did , when Buffy and Angel were on. My girl friends would watch that stuff, and I'd roll my eyes and think " Yeah, what ever ".

After Firefly, I had a hankerin' for more well written shows, and decided to give B and A a try. Angel was still on, and so I started watching that. Buffy had been on for longer, and I was less inclined to start watching that at the end of its run, so Angel it was.

Of course, 10+ years later, the whole vampire / high school / Romeo and Juliet theme has run its course, but back then, before there were zombies and such, it was less worn out. So I'll understand if you opt out of watching, but I'd strongly recommend that you do, if you've got the time.

And yes, Summer plays a ballerina in Angel for one episode. You can see why Joss went with her for River , later on down the road.
