When you create a post all the UBB codes are on the right hand side of the screen. Looks like you just put the video's code inbetween the standard style codes.
I didn't bother watching the video as I've literally just finished the episode.
It was truly excellent. They played off each other brilliantly and it must have been good times on set.
I didn't notice any FF references but I thought there was going to be one when Slaughter took Castle's coat. If he'd mentioned that it was a brown one or of a brown-ish colour (which it was) it would have been perfect.
Really hope his character comes back.

I posted the link then, when that didn't display the way I wanted, edited it to add the UBB codes. Looked exactly the same. That's when I added my follow-up comment
