I just watch this episode a couple of days ago and was wondering along the same lines, but my question is what did Inara say when she finds Mal 'alive'? I had no luck finding that translation...anyone? I did figure that the 'fink' line was Kaylee's from that ep...just seemed to make sense. Hehe

From what I can gather what Inara says when she discovers Mal knocked out is loosely translated as "Oh thank God." since she realises he isn't dead.
