They're also trying to remarket it under the trade name "Aminosweet" as well, but so long as every attempt to reintroduce this crap is exposed, they're not gonna get any traction, besides which the liability issues make many businesses leery of even attempting to do so.

The truth-in-labelling act ain't worth the paper it's printed on, and when corporations outpower the government and it's regulators economically if not politically, it's unenforceable anyway - even in the rare cases where a biz is fined, the fine amounts to a pittance of the profit they made by the violation so the only message that sends is that crime pays if you scale it big enough.

Here's a novel thought, since they're so damn keen on applying asset forfeiture to us peons, why not ENCOURAGE your corrupt legislators to go for the big loot instead of pocket change, apply forfeiture to corporate abuses!

In this thread about aspartame, this post and link are actually about glyphosate.

I buy Simply Orange. I know folk who don't like it because it is fresh made year round, so oranges from places other than USA are used. Now I wonder if that is good or bad with this new information.
