NEW YORK – Two men carrying Mexican flags in protest of Arizona’s immigration law ran into the outfield during the seventh inning of the New York Mets’ game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday night at Citi Field. Prior to the game, about 40 people across the street from the ballpark chanted “Oppose racism!” and “Boycott Arizona!”

Don't they know that a Dem appointed activist judge suspended the law( for now ) and that their protest is looking all the more ridiculous ?

Should have been tased, for sure.

Perhaps since we can't arrest or deport illegals we should simply make them invisible to law enforcement. Legally an illegal does not exist so if you want to hit one with a bat your not hitting a person, your swinging at a legal nullity which is not a crime.

And wasn't Judge Susan Bolton appointed by Bill Clinton at the recommendation of Republican Senator John Kyl, and after the confirmation of the Republican-led Senate?

Seems odd to blame him for going along with the Republicans' choice.

I never said they were not people. I said the Judge seems to think they are legal nullities. In essense they legally do not exist according to this Judge (at least at the state level). They occupy space, consume resources, but do not contribute to the tax or political base, they cannot be prosecuted or sued.

Even artificial legal constructs, like corporations, have more legal standing then an illegal according to this Federal Judge.

They have a right to protest (we still live in a free country), but that doesn't take away the fact that they're idiots.

Still though, would like to know how many non-Mexican illegals live and work in this country.

Thanks for posting. I'll incorporate that opinion in my 6th Circuit fed appeal brief due this week. Not binding but entertaining, and now pending in the 9th Circuit. At trial I argued that TN sold fake ID "driver certificates" to 400,000 illegal aliens, since illegal aliens are exempt from driver licenses and ID. Without a signed license contract, no court has jurisdiction for traffic tickets. Gotta love that 14th Amendment equal protection doctrine, extorted in Congress at gunpoint during martial law genocide "to free the slaves" in the States (that made everyone fed slaves). Feds can't have it both ways -- when one group gets immunity from prosecution, then everyone gets immunity.
