It was called "Pangs". One of the best Spike episodes. I just love the way he is so openly disgusted with the scoobies.

This is a very special Thanksgiving episode of Buffy, complete with evil villains and people tied to chairs around the table.

Also the cameo from Angel in that epi.

I also thought the conversation between Giles and Spike was hilarious when Giles asks Spike about what happens to vamps when they dont eat. I wont type what Spike says cause it might ruin it for anyone who hasnt seen it but it is so funny/bad.
