Huh. I *almost* sounds as if they're trying to "Un-socialize" emergency response. Bill the at-fault people for the accident response team? Why not?

As someone who's adamantly opposed to government involvement and "socialism", Wulfie, shouldn't you be thrilled about this? I mean, as long as your taxes don't go up, right?
