Only 3 words:
Oh.
My.
Gawd.
That is the funniest goddam e-mail I've ever read.
"Richard... what is this? This is unacceptable, Richard."
It's been confirmed by Virgin that Branson indeed got the e-mail, and has personally phoned the author to thank him for his constructive criticism.

I gotta hand it to some people (the customer in question sounds british), particularly the brits, for some of the most effective sans vulgarity bawling out I've ever heard.
I got stuck taking over dispatch at one of the cab companies once, and trying to cat herd the drivers resulted in some poor Brit being left without a cab for well over forty minutes, who then spent ten reaming me out completely for it, without ever once resulting to vulgarity, I was impressed.
The french can pull it off too, but generally in less words, best of those being The Marquis de Favras - "I see you have made three spelling mistakes.." - which given his situation at the time, wasn't half bad.
