Okay, not an EMP that crashes computers, but a terrorist attack that crashed our confidence & compromised our morals and our Constitution, and had long-term, unseen economic effects. So, somewhat less dramatic, but almost equally destructive terrorist attack on U.S. soil- check.
Depression- check.
Iraq War- check.
Stem cell science advances- check (though we're not all the way there yet).
Attempt to fascist-ize America for our own protection- check.
Bigotry against the supposed problem (Transgenics for Muslims)- check.
Wow. How could they have been so accurate?

As I said, I just read a book of cartoons from 1907 suggesting in a century when the nation was properly subdued by drug addiction wage slavery and fear mongering, a black man would become president and we'd all be slain by our belief in a message of hope.
The eeriest call is in the Lone Gunmen, X-Files spin off, in Sept. of 2000 predicted that the secretary of defense would underhandedly hire terrorists to hijack planes and fly them into the world trade centers, to start a new age of the military industrial complex. As usual, it aired on Fox. PN news take note, the other networks are far to jewish
But as for how Cameron could have predicted this? How about: It was f^&king obvious?
Predicting the future is easy, getting people to believe you, that's another matter. I knew about stem cells because a doctor in the late 70s told me it would happen in 2000. He was off, it was 2001. Also, of course, once you know, you have to be able to do something with that knowledge, or it's useless.
IMHO, Chris, you're not skeptical enough. You have to question more and dig more, and it'll all fall into place. Of course, that place is nowhere near this place :)

Yeah, that got that one creepily right. The only detail they got wrong was the SecDef angle. In real life, it wasn't the SecDef who hired the hijackers, it was the Vice President!

1. Pakistan, we lose. Again. After that, when we finally give up on Aghanistan if we accept Iran, rather than try to f&*k with Turkmenistan we'll turn our attention to the arc of Africa. This will be because we're stupid, and also arrogant.
2. No food shortages, the pending crisis will be solved by GMO foods, and everybody dying. 
3. That depends on the value of the dollar. Oil reserve calculations will prove to be immensely inaccurate, and that there is in fact far more oil in the world than anyone suspects, it will become a cheap clean source of fuel, and extant cartels will waste lots of time trying to keep control of it, while the rest of the world wanders off to alternative energy, just to avoid these guys. The dollar will collapse in value. So the prediction of rising oil prices is bogus, it always was. As many spigots as they could turn off, more turned on. But the dollar crunch could make that figure accurate.
What you didn't ask is whether there will be a United States in 2019

The theoretical timeline for some of Steve Jacksons game supplements predicted the first gulf war within 3 months quite accurately... and was written in 1985.
But if you REALLY wanna put the hammer down on the wayback machine, you can roll it all the way to 1787 at which time the Anti-Federalists quite plainly spelled out the general course of events, and history has proven them utterly correct beyond even their worst nightmares.

History tends to be cyclic, and thus all it takes to predict future events is a knowledge of history, and our founders knew far more history, on average, than we do and without the omissions, distortions and spin doctoring our "education" system has rendered unto it.
