When are these people gonna realize that a size 12 Nike does NOTHING?

You need, AT LEAST, a size .9mm Winchester to bring about reform.

Hell no.

That'd mean we're takin em seriously.

You don't want martyrs, you want to deliver scorn, mockery and humilation.

Best way to break em, factually.

Frem is absolutely right. Millions of Iraqis shot at Americans, and got no recognition, respect, and a lot of them got killed. One guy throws a shoe and he's an international hero. It's the contempt. Everyone knows the Khrushchev shoe. I remember a picture which showed he was still wearing two of them. Lots of soviets had guns. But one had a shoe ;)

I think that iraqi shoe was the shoe that ended the war. There was a story shortly afterwords or american soldiers going into a neighborhood that had been bombed, and getting pelted with shoes. A week earlier, they would have been pelted with bullets. I thought "wow, it's a great revolution." I hope this goes on. I think that the next American Revolution will be a shoe in.
