I *hate* Circuit City, because at least locally, they put out their Sunday sales flyer, and then when you go there to actually buy the things you saw on sale that you wanted, they're magically out of stock - even at opening time on the first day of the sale!
I won't miss them a bit, but I do feel terrible for their employees, who are going to have a tough time finding a gig in this economy.

This is one of the many companys that SHOULD go out of buisness, bailouts are a huge mistake, if they can't turn a profit for what ever reson thet let them DIE! 2009 will be the year of blood letting, the weak will die and the strong will survive. Companys that can't compete (like newspapers) should get out of the way. Hate Wal-Mart all you like, they know what the mass's want.

If they were smart enough not to buy into the credit economy, then they will suddenly find themselves with free time. This isn't exactly the highest paying job. Retail, like print, has just become extinct.
