That's one hell of a first trailer. Looking as polished as it does I wonder why they're waiting until March 2009 to release the film.

i think they are holding it back so it doesnt interfere with some of the planned summer and christmas big hitters the studios have planned anyhow watched the trailer about 10 times now and cant see anything wrong with the way it looks bet alan moores pissed hes not onboard with the film anymore

Lol, I bet he's not! According to what I've read, Moore doesn't like getting involved with these things because EVERYTHING always gets changed so much from his original vision. He doesn't want to have give anything up to the studios, so he removes himself completely. I would think that keeps him from being torn apart by fans who don't see the beloved original inside the new creation - think Constantine. But also, as an artist, I think it would be hard to have to keep seeing the world you created torn up and flopped around in by a bunch of nut jobs who just care about the money. Sounds familiar, ain't it?

yeah but this looks good real good as apposed to the league or v this actually has dave gibbons onboard as well so this might actually be the one good comic book film an how i was impressed by the trailer and i think zak snyder can pull it off the first great comic book film
