I was wondering if the "sir" was going to throw anybody. :P

Is that another partial quote you're trying to use to trick us by removing context?
If so, it would be Book in OMR.
The quote that would have been correctly proposed would be "Some of the newer ones'll just hold you, then the scrapper'll override the airlocks, blow the oh-two, or just gas you. They're not lookin' to deal with survivors."
Book explaining the Carrion House.

Are you talking about this:
"You're in a dangerous line of work, Jayne. Odds are, you'll be under my knife again. Often. So I want you to understand one thing very clearly. No mater what you do, or say, or plot... no matter how you come down on us I will never ever harm you. You're on this table you're safe. I'm your medic, and however little we may like it or trust each other, we're on the same crew. Got the same troubles, same enemies and more than enough of both. Now we could circle each other and growl, both sleep with one eye open but that thought wearies me. I don't care what you've done. I don't know what you're planning on doing but I'm trusting you. I think you should do the same, cause I don't see this working any other way."
That the one?
We'll skip that one since it is a partial line miskleadingly portrayed as a full quote, and the next one is:

I cannot tell if FLT just missed it, or is confused, or is joking. To provide clarity, I will attempt to recap.
Around 8 April, LOLOTH proposed "Everybody dies, Tracey...."
9 hours, 6 min later, FLT did not solve that one, but proposed "Well, we best be moving"
9 hours, 16 min later, JSF solved LOLOTH's "Everybody dies...." but did not propose new since FLT's was still unsolved.
11 hours, 5 min later, FLT requests another quote from OoG:

9 hours, 35 min later, FLT proposes another "Seven, huh?"
Existing unsolved are "Well, we best be moving" and "Seven, huh", both from FLT.
2 hours, 29 min later, JSF does not solve the 2 remaining from FLT, but at FLT's request for another from OoG, proposes "Could you be more specific", purely for FLT's entertainment while the rest of us catch up to the 2 unsolved qutoes from FLT.
13 hours, 24 min later, MOBBEX solves the oldest quote, "we best be movin" from FLT.
Remaining are "Seven, huh" from FLT and "Could you be more specific" from JSF (which FLT has elected to not solve.)
4 minutes later, MOBBEX solves oldest remeining quote "Seven, huh" from FLT.
Only remeining is "Could you be more specific?"
FLT elects not to solve remaining quote from OoG.
45 minutes later, MOBBEX proposes "Do I have your Attention?"
1 hour, 34 min later, FLT solves "Do I have..." and proposes "Everything looks good from here" and does not solve "Could you be more specific" from his stated favorite episode.
Exisiting unsolved are "Could you be more specific and "Everything looks good from here".
8 hours, 19 min later, JSF solves "Everything looks good from here" and restates only remeining unsolved quote, "Could you be more specific".
40 minutes later, FBC solves "could you be more specific" and proposes "Well" - which is solved by FLT.
No remaining unsolved quotes at this time.
Hope that clarifies things.
