oh come ON!!! that was one of the alliance officers on the cruiser Dortmunder in the Serenity episode. he said it to his commander when they were passing the derelict vessel Mal was pulling salvage on ;)

If so, it would be Book in OMR.
The quote that would have been correctly proposed would be "Some of the newer ones'll just hold you, then the scrapper'll override the airlocks, blow the oh-two, or just gas you. They're not lookin' to deal with survivors."
