Is it just me or is it going to be unusually tough for voters this time?

Guess I should be more specific...my first choice is a candidate I believe I could completely trust but I'm not sure would likely win. My second choice is not someone I would completely trust even though I agree with this person's stand on most (if not all) issues. The final choice is someone who would likely be the dominating candidate, and though we agree on most issues, this person seems like a sleezeball in disguise, not unlike our current presidential situation.

I'm confused. Are you talking about the Democrat Presidential race? The democratic method of voting ? Or is there some new political party....the democratic party ?

I just mean that it will be tough to decide who to vote for. I'm kind of afraid that either of the two I'd most like to win the nomination will not end up being a choice for me in the long run and it'll end up being that I'm forced to vote for the Dem's version of Bush or not vote at all.

I think he's talking about the Democratic Primary?

I don’t know if I’ll vote in the Democratic Primary or not. I generally don’t, at least I didn't last time, but if I do, at this point, all I can say is it will not be Hillary.

Feel free not to answer if you don't want to, I'm not wanting to start anything because I'm not willing to talk about which potential candidates I'm siding with yet either, just wondering what you've personally got against Hillary since you mentioned her by name.

Its a really difficult choice. You have the woman you just know is Satan, the young black guy that you really like but just isn't up to the job (yet), the young white guy who you really like but just isn't up to the job (and never will be...but if you need a malpractice lawyer willing to take 60% of your settlement, he's your man), the corn-ee Governor you know can't win, the former VP who shaved his beard and wants to put your car in jail, and Dennis Kucinich.

What ever happened to the guy from Virginia (ie the liberal southern governor with Red State appeal and no intern-ational scandals)?

Not to pick too many nits, but there is no 'Democratic' party, thus, there is not Democratic Primary.

The Democrats have a primary, as do the Republicans.

Democratic is a form of Gov't. Democrats are a political PARTY

Actually Rapty the party name is The Democratic Party. For proof I offer their website http://www.democrats.org/ Democrats is the plural term for members of that party.
