I've recently seen the "discussion" you and FUTUREMRSFILLION. I noticed that you like to point out trivial facts and stray from the actual topic of conversation. Obviously your teachers in school didn't do a good job because you can't quite comprehend the over all thing that being disccussed. Go get some additional education.

Note: In your reply to this (if you've got the balls) try not to stray from what I ACTUALLY said...unlike last time.

Now I think what you need to get is a night course in reading comprehension Vaan, since you have absolutely no clue what I was talking about, despite my point being fairly obvious, and very much on topic for that thread.

Here’s a clue, I know you need one , the thread was about whether or not the US and the UK should pull out troops from Iraq now. My response was that we should not, because things would get a lot worse than they are now. I also said that historically in similar circumstances troops have been kept in the contested region for sometime. Now you can tell me how answering the original question put forth in the thread and justifying ones answer is ‘off topic’.

Maybe because little things like facts overload your rather feeble mind? Who knows, it’s a possibility.

Now if you had had some balls you would of sent me a PM, or at least spat your vitriolic (Adjective: Bitterly scathing; caustic: vitriolic criticism: thought you might need it clarified ) filth in a post to me on that thread, rather than trying to plaster it over the front page of this website like some pathetic immature school bully.

Seriously do you do this to people in real life, take a dislike to them because they have an opinion that runs counter to your own and then sneak off and graffiti the bike sheds with "X is a puff" or some other mindless slur?

Or do you only have the bottle to do it in the anonymity of the Internet?

Oh and one last thing, you calling me an idiot, very amusing. If you and I had a battle of wits my friend, I would not even break a sweat .

Now see, I came over here because I thought Citizen started this thread by the title. I was going to agree but, this is just wrong. Citizen and I don't agree on everything. We have different understandings and different views on many things. Doesn't make either of us idiots, Just different. Variety..Spice.. all that rot.

Now Vaan, if you'd been around more than a month and bothered to read more than a handfull of Citizen's posts, you wouldn't have your foot so deeply lodged in your mouth. It's ok to disagree, We just prefer the civil approach here.

I agree with Jadehand. I was hoping this would just drop off the boards.

Citizen may be a lot of things, but none of it justifies "name calling" on a public forum. A lot of your percieved conflict may come from the inability of typed words to convey emotion, sarcasm, and such.

I would just ask that you look a little deeper into things before reacting. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It doesn't make them right, but niether does it make them wrong.

You´re right,JH. But if you read those recent threads carefully, Citizen seems to have a problem with others having different views. In discussions his tone often is extremely agressive and emotional, although his arguments are meant to be rational. That´s a little bit frightening, to be honest, and extremely annoying.

And the Struggle with FMF started by C. calling her "naive". Maybe you´re right and Citizen´s just having a bad time?! Can happen to anybody. In that case I´d stay out of MB´s until I feel better.

My comment was a long the lines of "if you think we won't have troops in Iraq in 60 years that's very naive".

Maybe that was too strong, I certainly didn't mean you ARE very naive. I wasn't the only one throwing around insults there, though I'm the only one getting vilefied for it.

Alright, I tend to steer clear of the Real World Discussion boards, so I don't really have a clear picture of what this is in re: to...

But... just wanted to say lol to this being in the News Headline Discussions. :) Wasn't expecting a "serious" post when I clicked here.

The RW Threads aren't for everybody, and this is common in alot of other boards I've frequented. If it's not your cup of tea, I recommend you do what I do and just stay out of there :) Not trying to flame you there, but well, post a thread attacking somebody when it sounds like something that should be settled in private: expect a few responses...
