Anyone else watching "The Last Ship" on TNT?

I see it was on last Friday night prime time on CW for me. Don't know if it was unique scheduling, or if it will continue.

Did everybody else know about this?

From what I can find, looks like the CW broadcast was a 1 time thing.
Maybe if ratings were good, they'll continue it.

I've not followed, but I did see the promo where Adam says " We're taking the ship back ! " or some such. Nice.

I stay current on it...bit of drama..tears, etc...more than i need..but the oddest thing that strikes me about it is that it seems to be the perfect recuiter film for the Navy...lol... i mean, I like the fact that the bad guys ALWAYS get their come-up-ens no politically correct..be it leftovers at Gitmo, some mexican drug lord, a black female politician trying to create order and remake mankind with her elite society of chosen....whoever you are..if you're doing bad...this man's Navy is gonna kick your butt....

these days, when our real life (if I can call it that) political leaders are the biggest politically correct apologetic panzies in the world, it just seems out of place to be making a series that's so proud to be an American, to be a soldier...

I like it !

then of course, there's Rhona....

I don't have cable either. That's why I mentioned the broadcast. My local broadcasts are
abc, weather, abc-3 aka live well network,
cbs,
fox, fox alternate CW,
nbc, nbc-2 aka ME network, nbc alternate called My network TV (WACY-32), and
pbs 1,2,3.

I thought that was pretty basic broadcasting.
And Last Ship was on CW, which I think also has izombie and other entries I've seen discussed here.

I had not seen any prior ads or trailers for this broadcast event, so I was wondering if any others had.
