Should have mentioned that seeking orgasm was one motivator for having kids - women are known to have G-spot orgasms during childbirth - helps kill the pain. Of course, missionary position was unlikely to accidentally find that spot. Supposedly this was the evolutionary reason for G-spots to exist - supporting procreation.

I think overwhelming sex drive is a goof that makes us procreate.

But there's an even bigger goof at work among us. How often have you
heard someone say, "O yes, I want to have children!" or "I want to
have more children." ??

As one who doesn't feel that way, I'm taken aback by how often I've
heard it in a world that's overpopulated & has lots of scary problems.

The Goof is social programming. Most of us are raised to believe that
we are supposed get married & have kids when we grow up. That this
is the best & normal thing to do, and we will like doing it.

Love is a whole other topic.
on Romantic love, I'd prob'ly just say dumb things.

Nature does whatever works.
Keep in mind there's also the "I Love You. You hurt me. So I must hate you now." logic. I'm not a big fan of it. It doesn't make much sense but it does exist.

Yes, the family, house and two car garage. There are many other things on that list and you can add to them, but if you do not realize one of them you somehow come up short. I find this very short sighted.
