I read that in Baltimore the police have an unofficial way of beating people up with what they call a 'rough ride'. You handcuff a person and put them unsecured in a van, then you drive fast with a lot of hard turns, hard stops, and uneven roads. Baltimore pd has already paid out a million+ settlement to a man who was taken for a 'rough ride' and ended up permanently paralyzed due to a spinal injury.

Good thing the black citizenry there keeps voting for the corrupt racist criminal Democrats to keep all of their population under the government thumb, and then they keep voting for the corrupt racist criminal Democrats, and after that they keep voting for the corrupt racist criminal Democrats. This case was investigated by 30 detectives, even if they didn't want to harm this man they did, now he's dead. If the case wasn't recorded not only would it NOT have made national news, it wouldn't have made local news. Now not only is "Big Brother" watching US, we're watching HIM. These days EVERYBODY has a video camara in their cell phones, watch out for US "Big Brother", we're keeping our eyes (and cell phones) on you.

I worked in Baltimore for a while in the early 80's. It was a great place with lots of great people, great restaurants, great activities, etc. The Inner Harbor had just opened up and the Orioles won the World Series. There was a lot of optimism for the future of the city. Damn shame to see what's going on there now.
