A lot of people have been asking that question.

And we have an answer for you. It's something that a number of you are already doing on your own but it's a great idea and can only help the cause.

Write to your local affiliate.

Take a moment to visit: http://www.upn.com/affiliates/index.shtml, find out who your local affilate is and send them a letter or postcard. Let them know how much you love Firefly and that you are hoping to see the show on their station.

If the affiliates start calling the network to ask, "What's the deal with this Firefly show?", it will strengthen the show's chances.

And, also, I'd personally like to thank every one of you who has taken the time to write postcards, contribute to the ad and support the show in so many other ways. I had the opportunity yesterday to speak to some of the cast and crew. They were all incredibly thankful for the support and very touched by the ad we did.

If nothing else, this campaign and your warm wishes meant a great deal to those people. And every one of you should be proud of your contribution to that.

I thought I'd post my local UPN affiliate contact info here. (The link on national UPN affiliate list is actually out-of-date.) Perhaps, others could post their local UPN affiliate info. It may make it easier for some fans to get the word out, especially if the address is only one click away. (Besides, I'm curious which other affiliates are being contacted or if anyone else has contacted mine.)
