Yeah, that's definitely a US Navy uniform so it is from The Last Ship.
He was in the Marine Corps in Chuck.

I don't recall that at all. IIRC, they didn't specify what service he was in until S2 so there was some confusion about it.

Can't remember the episode. I think John Casey was at a funeral, hence the uniform. My hazy memory is that it was meant to be Arlington or somewhere similar.
