You need to start coming to the Virtual Shindigs (Tues 7pm, Sun 3pm EST). And nothing says that you can't instigate spontaneous chats.

All you have to do in AOL IM is click "Send Chat Invitation," put your username in the first box and "Firefly" for the name of the room. That's it.

Or, leave your username here and those of us who tend to start the chats will add you to the list.

There's four registered folk chatting now, plus @least one guest (I didn't count myself). And it's the wee smalls across all of the Americas.

AIM's Firefly room is pretty empty, except around VSs. It's convenient to have an outside chatroom for a VS, so we (@the VS) don't get distracted by comments from folk who aren't watching the same ep @the same time.
