I'm going to assume that gambling is legal on most planets then, since I don't think anyone can really say differently. I was wondering if anyone knew the rules to the game Tall Card that Jayne, Book, and Simon were playing when they were gambling off their chores and got interrupted by River ripping all the cans labels off. ^^

You are all too kind. No inspiration per se, I just thought I'd try something new. I can see the draw towards writing flashbacks. You get to encapsulate a complete mini-story yourself in one shot (or more for the more complicated stories). I don't think I'll keep doing it though, since I think RP should involve more interaction.

Crazyhorse, are you talking with anyone about taking over one of the crew?

Taking over one of the crew? I didn't realize there was any need for it, but I would if there *was* need. ATM I'm trying to pull together my own character, getting a bio pulled together ^^

Posted a placeholder for ZOE, 'til WASH has had his say (yipes!)... She'll probably have something to say her own self, (and will take notice of the ROWAN/MAL interaction, plus make conclusion re: ROWAN tryin' to hoodwink her), then head off to check on JAYNE's handiwork like MAL said.

I'll post here when it's been updated/edited.

Not sure, but I think Thorne and River's location may have been moved inadvertantly. Weren't they in the common area, outside the infirmary?
