firefly: reunion

I have written a screenplay, which started out being a sequel to Serenity, but which has morphed into a 3-part TV mini-series called Firefly: Reunion. It's chances of ever seeing the light of day are slim at best and promoting it has proved fruitless but, perhaps, if browncoats make noise in sufficient numbers, we can bring it to Joss Whedon attention. Not to be a bubble bust-er, but here's the problem with a large number of Browncoats supporting any fan made sequel or miniseries...
Half of us don't think Kaylee and Simon would last very long and half DO, half of us either do or don't want Wash back (Imma DON'T, myself)Some people don't want a baby on a ship, some do.... ect.
Then there's a large portion of us that wouldn't support ANYTHING Joss or Nathan wouldn't support. (I'm one of those too.)
Just getting some of us to agree on what color the sky is today is problematic at best some days, I don't see how you'd get a large batch of us to sign on...
Mind you, I'm all for the idea of a miniseries, though.
