How many of them enacted flight bans, closed their harbors, roads, trails, and airports and sealed their borders?

Same Cruise Ship was also not allowed to dock at Cozumel, Mexico.
You could also ask the 35 other countries worldwide which have enacted a travel ban, while The Black President couldn't tear himself away from the Putting Green long enough to accomplish the same.

The Big Apple may have its first case of Ebola.
A 33-year-old Doctors Without Borders physician who recently treated Ebola patients in Guinea was rushed in an ambulance with police escorts from his Harlem home to Bellevue Hospital on Thursday, sources said.
Craig Spencer was suffering from Ebola-like symptoms — a 103-degree fever and nausea, sources said.
He landed at JFK airport on Oct. 17 on a connecting flight from Brussels, a source said. Spencer’s temperature was 98.7 degrees upon arrival, the source added.

Obama/CDC fuck-up #1 : His passport showed he had recently been in Guinea. He should never have been allowed back in the U.S.
Obama/CDC fuck-up #2 : He was not put in quarantine for 21 days upon his arrival. Now he would have been, but when he came back there was no quarantine protocol in place.
They have no idea how many people he has had contact with since his return, and they cannot know who they've had contact with or where they are. Same goes for all the other West Africa world travelers prior to the new restrictions. First few weeks in November will reveal the disastrous results of Obama's leadership failure. The people who were infected were the health workers who were given inadequate training and protection by the state of Texas.
