Did Nathan take a vacation? Less lines than Gina in Out of Gas, during her honeymoon. Doesn't make an appearance for 40 minutes, then another 10 without speaking.

Anyhow, did anybody else notice Beckett cleaved in half by CGI? After crash scene, she is walking towards camera, in foreground with Ryan & Esposito flanking, and in the background behind her is a cop car, and the roof rack lights are on, and cut right across her, completely in front of her torso. Like the same CGI tech or program that had Hans Solo's arm in the middle of Jabba the Hut in a Star Wars re-edit.

Is the DVD likely to include this aired error, or will it be fixed first?

Also, thought I'd seen Maya Stujan from other shows, but must just be from other episodes of Castle.

It's Stojan. I've only seen her on Castle, even though she has 18 other credits listed on IMDb.

I did notice that light glitch as well, just figured it might have been a pixelation problem on my TV.

How should I know? I rarely re-watch Castle, and have never bought the DVDs. At most, I might catch an old episode on TNT while channel surfing.

I had just looked up her imdb.

Now it shows she was on last night SHIELD, and again next week. Little different look, but easier to catch when she's on back-to-back nights.

Either way, the stuff that HAD Nathan in it was...odd. Either they are going to have some major weird shit had happened to him, and that will explain his oddness, or Nathan is at the point where he don't care anymore. I just got the feeling he wasn't buying the storyline or something. Wasn't his usual level.... Anyone else get that feeling?

I was wondering if he had himself mindwiped to save everybody - family & coworkers. Like, only if he did not know about something would they be safe.

Harder to do when it is that far in the past. It was available then. Works better like "from now back X number of days, weeks" as a whole block, not just selective memories from that period.

Yeah, I know there are drugs that can inhibit short term memory, but I didn't realize that this was now included in the realm of an acceptable/plausible storyline for semi-realistic TV. I mean most of them have severe and really noticeable side effects? And I don't think we even have the tech to completely eradicate TWO MONTHS WORTH. There would still be residual vague memories of two months going by.
They haven't really jumped the shark thus far, I mean they had plotlines that they've toyed with reality a bit. I think maybe he's just supposed to be trying REALLY hard at pretending not to remember, thus all the goofy faces.
