How do I find a thread in Archives? Or where do I find Archives?

To find a specific thread you need to know which forum it was first posted in, which can be a problem because there are a lot of threads in "General Discussion" that should be somewhere else, like "Talk Story" or "Other SF Series," etc.
Go to the main page, scroll down to the bottom of the "Latest Discussions" section, click on "Go To Boards." Select the forum you think is most likely to contain the thread you are looking for, then scroll through the pages until you find it.
For instance, if you want to find something in "General Discussions," it currently has 515 pages of thread titles, with 50 threads on each page, dating back to May 23, 2002, 8:10:18 AM.
Good luck. Hope you have lots of coffee.

Click on www.fireflyfans.net/mboard.aspx?bid=2&p=515 and you're back in 2002
Click on www.fireflyfans.net/mthread.aspx?tid=248 takes you to May 23, 2002 8:10 AM and the very first question:
Q: “Anyone thought about making a wallpaper with all the images we've gotten? I made one, but it kinda sucked. Also, with the 2 new pages of images I think I'm going to start over and scrap the old one. Oh well. Anyway, I was wondering if any wallpapers exist yet?”
A: “No, not yet, been spending my time building the site, but if you have an idea for a Wallpaper, I could create a section for it.”
Someday there will be wallpaper. Just give it another twelve and half years.
A much more interesting, but very early question: Is Fox deliberately killing Firefly? www.fireflyfans.net/mthread.aspx?tid=530
Early 21st Century Fans analyze how FOX is advertising Firefly before episode 1 goes on the air.

OK, great. You helped me find what the problem was.
I have never (since March 2012) been able to go further back than page 19, which is about 2012 these days. Getting to Page 19 only shows page 19 as the next leap to jump to, not page 29 as is the format for other forum templates. Your assertion that there was more allowed me to conjure a way around the defect. I now just enter in the page that I want in the address and I can get there now.
Thank you very much.
