Really ??

I enjoyed him in John Doe. It was on the same night as Firefly.

Then he was in Prison Break. I didn't really catch it all that much, but it seemed to enjoy a bit of success , while it was on.

And now ? I've tuned into SyFy, and see him in this cheesy B movie, Vikingdom.

Are things really so bad in the business ? Is work so scarce ?

I think a paycheck is a paycheck, lol.

Plus, lets face it, he's probably not going to be nominated for an Oscar any time soon. So he's relatively free to pick scripts that might be more fun to do, or may position him in front of his target audience - Sci Fi fans, apparently? Vikings are trending right now, so maybe it was actually a well planned move? Just a thought.

Granted, it's not Sharknado, but man, it's bad.

And I saw one of the guys from HEROES , Greg Grunberg, in Big Ass Spider, but to be honest, that's more to his line of work.

Remember Morena Baccarin and Adam Baldwin in Sands of Oblivion (2007) ?
It was rated 3.6 stars out of 10 at www.imdb.com/title/tt0977663/
only a tiny whiny bit better than Vikingdom (2013) which was rated 3.5 stars out of 10 at www.imdb.com/title/tt1785669/

Both movies have ancient pagan gods on killing sprees, so they got at least that in common, along with the godlike special effects that every SyFy movie must have for the pleasure of their intended high quality audience.

What are you talking about, Sharknado was fantastic. I was amazed it was not up for picture of the year.

At least John Doe is free to watch on Hulu, since who knows if it'll ever be on DVD.
