According to my buddy in the e-data crimes unit here, Haken needs to file a report with the electronic data crimes unit in his local jurisdiction to get the ball rolling. A number of laws probably apply, but they vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. If the FFF.net server was located here in Cincinnati, for example, the perp could be charged with unauthorized use of a computer system, theft of service, and probably illegal public distribution of pornographic images. And the twit could be charged with these crimes in Cincinnati, even though he committed them from the comfort of his own home (or wherever).

I didn't get a chance to talk with him in depth, since he was working, but as I learn more I can share it here or to Haken privately, if preferred.

I hope Haken does take action, however. This needs to be addressed. I'm willing to kick in for any extra costs involved!
