Trickle down is part and parcel Reaganomics. Cut the tax rates, trickle down follows. Obama understands this is the way to grow the economy, so he has instituted 5 years of tax rate hikes, producing a stop to the trickle down effect. Your post made it seem that you either didn't understand or you forgot.
