Not soon, as Joss is busy with many things, SHIELD, and Avengers 2.
But there has just been sooo much going on with the crew and comic cons so we're still alive and kicking, and there's the current running of the "Leaves on the Wind" comics if you should so desire. It's purty good

Joss keeps making $, and some or all of the BDH's stay active and in the public eye, why the hell not ?

But we got our movie, so no matter what, we can't complain too much.

I've said it before: sooner or later, one of the hacks or drones at a TV studio somewhere will need a project; and he'll have run out of crappy new ideas of his own; and in the pool of old stuff that could be re-done, there'll be Firefly , with a dedicated insanely loyal fan base; and he'll go for it.

Stuff like that online article in the other thread (ShinyGoodGuy's Netflix thread) will help keep FF in view until that day comes, and it may be Firefly: the Next Generation , but it WILL come.

Honestly, I don't think so. The show is dead.
